4 Bedroom House – $8,500 – NO LIE
This blog post will be short but OH SO SWEET…….So I just sold the LOWEST price house I have ever sold in my life. Am I down about it? NO…because my investor just made one of the best deals this year.
I just sold my Investor this 4-bedroom house for $8,500. That same investor will then turn around and rent that house for $1,000 – 1,100 a month.
I already know what you may be thinking…..$8,500…..yeah okay what is the catch! No Catch…the home is in need of about $2,000 in repairs. So lets say a $12,000 investment. With a tenant, in 12 months, this house will be nothing but income.
